Harriet and Luke’s wedding film centred on the people closest to them, the separate pockets of morning prep, the page boys, the outdoor ceremony and the marquee celebration that followed. At Hoath House Estate in August 2024, the film had a clear summer feel, with much of the story moving between Batts Barn, the house, the front lawn gazebo and the marquee.
Morning
Harriet got ready in Batts Barn while Luke prepared in Hoath House, giving the morning two distinct threads before everyone came together outside. The coverage paid particular attention to Harriet’s dress reveal with her father and the four page boys, along with the page boys spending time with Luke during groom prep.
Ceremony
The ceremony took place outside on the front lawn at Hoath House Estate, with the gazebo as the focal point. Harriet and Luke exchanged their vows there at 2:30pm, surrounded by their guests in the open air.
Speeches and Wedding Breakfast
The reception moved into the marquee, where BBQ food and side dishes were served for the wedding breakfast. Speeches followed after food, with the groom and best men speaking as the afternoon moved towards early evening.
Evening
By the evening, the focus shifted to the cake cutting at around 7pm and the final parts of the celebration in the marquee. With no formal first dance planned, the film stayed close to the natural flow of the reception and the people sharing it with Harriet and Luke.
