Chris and Hayley brought everyone to Parkside School for a summer celebration with real character, shaped by family speeches, a ceilidh and a special evening performance. July gave the day a bright, open feel, with the reception staying at the school so guests could settle in and enjoy each part without rushing.
Morning
Hayley spent the morning getting ready at the hotel in Cobham before leaving for Parkside School in the early afternoon. It gave us time to capture the quieter part of the day before everything moved towards the ceremony.
Ceremony
Chris arrived at Parkside School ahead of the ceremony, with Hayley following shortly before two o’clock. The ceremony took place at the school, keeping the day centred in one place for their guests.
Speeches and Wedding Breakfast
The wedding breakfast began later in the afternoon, with speeches placed between the main course and dessert. The bride’s brother, the maid of honour, Chris, the best man and the groom’s brother all spoke, giving the film plenty of personal audio to carry through the story.
Evening
The evening had a clear shift in energy, starting with the cake cutting before the ceilidh got everyone moving. After that came the special performance at nine o’clock, which gave the film a distinctive finish that felt very specific to Chris and Hayley’s day.
