Royal Holloway carried real weight on camera, with its Victorian Gothic corridors and grand atmosphere giving the celebration a clear sense of scale. Marie and Andrew brought warmth to that setting, so the film never felt formal for the sake of it, just personal, composed, and full of character.
Late June suited the venue well. As the longest days of the year were drawing near, the building’s dramatic architecture and midsummer setting gave Marie and Andrew’s wedding a rich, distinctive feel.
