Sophia + Daniel

12th May 2018The Orangery

At midday, Sophia’s room at Tudor Park became the setting for a Cypriot Stolisma blessing before everyone set off for church. That detail gave Sophia and Daniel’s spring wedding in May 2018 a personal start, before the celebrations moved on to The Orangery for the reception.

Morning

Sophia got ready at Tudor Park, with the morning centred around bridal prep and the Stolisma blessing in her room. The timings gave space for the final details before the journey to St Mary and All Saints Church, where Daniel and the guests were already arriving.

Ceremony

The ceremony took place at St Mary and All Saints Church in Boxley, with Sophia arriving just before the one o’clock service. After the ceremony, guests gathered for confetti outside the church before everyone travelled on to The Orangery.

Speeches and Wedding Breakfast

The reception at The Orangery gave everyone time to settle in before the wedding breakfast began in the late afternoon. Speeches followed the meal, with words from the bride’s father, Daniel and the best man.

Evening

The evening moved into cake cutting and the first dance, before the room was turned around for the next part of the celebration. Sparklers and fireworks had been kept as a surprise for the guests, giving Sophia and Daniel a clear finale to their spring wedding at The Orangery.
