Ross arrived later in the day, giving us time to capture the venue filling gradually with guests before the ceremony. With everything happening on site, the film could move naturally between the rooms, the details and the people arriving for the day.
Ceremony
The ceremony took place at Cooling Castle Barn in the early afternoon, with Laura and Ross surrounded by their guests in the main barn setting. Winter weddings can make indoor moments feel more intimate, and that suited the ceremony well. The focus stayed on the vows, reactions and small looks between them, the kind of details that carry a wedding film years later.
Speeches and Wedding Breakfast
The speeches came before the wedding breakfast, which gave the reception a strong burst of character early on.
